BLU BAR BISTRÒ
In a beautiful retro-style setting, adjacent to the piano room and fireplace room and facing the Bistrò, it has an original counter from the early 1960s. Open from October to April, it offers cocktails from all eras. The particularity of the bar, the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff, have long made it a location frequented by locals as well.
BLU BAR TERRACE
Open from May to September, the Blu Bar is located inside the veranda on the terrace overlooking the promenade and the sea. There are many experiences to be had, reading a book, enjoying a tea in the afternoon, an aperitif during the sunset, a cocktail after dinner. It is typical for all Hotel guests to go up to the Terrace, a habit also adopted by the locals, who have long made it a popular location.
Recently renovated, in retro style, adjacent to the Blu bar Bistrò, Chef Gianluca Grosso, together with his staff, offer dishes from the famous Versilian and Tuscan culinary tradition. The interpretation that the Chef gives to the dishes is based on a combination of ingredients so as to enhance the flavours of each one. The raw materials are carefully chosen, giving priority to fresh local produce. Open all year round.
BLU BAR TERRACE RESTAURANT
Open from May to September on the terrace overlooking the seafront promenade. The view of the sea sweeps 180°, behind it the spectacle of the Apuan Alps. It is typical for all our customers to dine on the Terrace, a romantic experience to remember. Chef Gianluca Grosso, together with his staff, offers dishes from the famous culinary tradition of Versilia and Tuscany. The interpretation that the Chef gives to the dishes is based on a combination of ingredients so as to enhance the flavours of each one. The raw materials are carefully chosen, giving priority to fresh local products. The atmosphere one breathes in the evenings on the Terrace, together with the quality of the cuisine, have for some time now made it a restaurant frequented by Versilians, a concept that fits in perfectly with our desire to make the Hotel live not only for the tourists who stay there, but also for those who live there.
All Bar and Restaurant spaces are rented, also as reserved spaces, for events such as birthdays, christenings, confirmations, weddings and anniversaries as well as in combination with Meeting Rooms for business lunches, reinforced aperitifs, corporate events and/or gala dinners.
